Renting in Canada is hard enough without paying to access listings, fighting through fake postings, or rebuilding your application for every property. RentSelect collapses that into one free, focused experience.

What we do differently

Free for renters, free for landlords. No paywalls. No tiered access.
Quebec is excluded by design.Quebec rental law (Law 25, RTA) requires a different product. We'll launch there only when we can do it right.
No fake counts.Listing counts are real. Review counts are real. We don't fabricate social proof.
Verified listings. Some listings carry a verified badge — it means the property has been reviewed by our team.
